The Prosecutor's Office has filed a request for three years in prison for a crime of sexual abuse of a minor and another of corruption of minors for a man accused of carrying out inappropriate acts in front of a 15-year-old girl during a party in Dénia. The events took place in October 2021, when the defendant attended the home of his neighbor, the victim's mother, for her birthday.
According to the accusation, during the celebration, the man touched his parts in front of the minor, in addition to making lewd comments and trying to get the girl to touch him as well. Days later, on November 2, the man met the victim again on the terrace of her own residence and addressed her with comments and phrases similar to those of the previous episode.
Given these facts, the Prosecutor's Office has decided to take legal measures and has requested a three-year prison sentence for sexual abuse of a minor and corruption of minors for the man who will be tried next week.
