Under the same criteria followed with Plan E of the Central Government, the neighborhood board of Jesús Pobre, with its mayor-president Javier Scotto di Tella Manresa at the head, demands that Dénia allocate to the EATIM a percentage not less than 2% of the total Trust Plan, whose funds are intended for the construction of the La Nau theater.
According to the Neighborhood Board, sIf the concession of the trust plan for the Denia term has been based on criteria of population density and territorial extension, which evidently has been computed to the town of Jesus Pobre, as with Plan E of the Central Government, a percentage not inferior to the 2% should be destined to the EATIM of Jesús Pobre, otherwise "The criteria of equality, opportunity for development, and solidarity are being violated".
According to Scotto, "That the government team of PP of Denia, with Ana Kringe at the head, it is allocated exclusively to the La Nao Auditorium, violates the purpose of the confidence plan, denying any opportunity to the citizens of Jesús Pobre and its local term, to improve their communication networks, infrastructures, social welfare, as well as their rural space and environmental ".
