Javier Scotto will be the mayor of the PSPV for the EATIM of Jesús Pobre

The current mayor of Jesus Pobre, the socialist Javier Scotto, will be again the candidate for mayor of the EATIM the next 26 in May. This has been confirmed by the Socialists in a statement, after announcing, yesterday, that Maite Pérez Conejero will be the candidate for mayor of La Xara.

Javier Scotto is presented again for reelection as mayor of the Eatim "with a program that aims to continue deepening the policies that have turned Jesús Pobre into an icon of the quality of life in which we live in the Marina Alta".

In the face of the new term, Scotto has presented a program whose strategic lines focus on "achieve the improvement of the accesses to the town, through the round at the intersection of Xàbia and a possible stop for the Alicante train on the ground of Jesús Pobre ".

The program contemplates obtaining public and municipal ownership of the three mills and continuing the urban improvement of the town with actions of urbanization and asphalting of the streets. In this sense, Scotto recalled that during these last four years, the EATIM has achieved more than 1.400.000 euros with subsidies, three times more than the annual budget of the entity.

The fourth strategic line to follow is the arrival of fiber optics with the aim of being better connected and be able to work through the network from this rural area of ​​the Marina Alta.
