Starting today, the call for entries is open for the sixth edition of the "Sculptures in front of the sea" contest. This contest, by Marina Dénia in collaboration with the Dénia City Council, offers individual artists and groups the opportunity to express their creativity through sculpture.
Participants They will have until June 20 to register and present their masterpieces. Freedom is the essence, since both the theme and the technique of the sculptures are completely free.
The only condition is that the works, which will be displayed outdoors, have a minimum height of 120 centimeters. This ensures that the creations blend perfectly into the impressive maritime landscape that Marina Dénia offers.
The large opening of the exhibition is scheduled for July 18, an event that promises to be a celebration of art and culture in the beautiful city of Dénia. The exhibition will have the collaboration and support of the Dénia City Council, highlighting the community's commitment to promoting creativity and artistic expression.
In addition to the honor of having their work on display in front of the sea, the participants compete for attractive prizes: the first prize amounts to 1.500 euros, the second prize amounts to 1.000 euros and the third prize amounts to 500 euros. A significant motivation that recognizes and rewards the talent of the participating artists.
