On Monday they were found in his chalet in Les Rotes the lifeless bodies of two businessmen, who would have died of carbon monoxide poisoning, according to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Alicante, in charge of carrying out the autopsy.
According to the Levante-EMV newspaper, the National Police has been investigating the case during the last days, determining that both businessmen, who arrived in Dénia from their country of origin, Russia, last weekend, died while sleeping in rooms separated in the chalet. The cause would have been the inhalation of carbon monoxide generated by the gas boiler.
He alerted the National Police to the employee of one of the deceased, who discovered the bodies when he approached the villa by failing to contact him. The agents immediately appeared in the building, checking that the bodies had no signs of violence or signs of theft.
The Court ordered his transfer to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Alicante, where they discovered the cause of death.
