Once again, and there are a few, the La1 program We are # DietMediterranean has been set in Dénia for one of his reports. This time they have attended the project Dénia Fishing Tourism, a pioneering experience in the country through which all those interested can see first hand the work of the fishing boats and then taste the fish in a restaurant in the city.
The report begins with the intervention of Toni Martínez, environmental coordinator of the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve, explaining the details of this experience. Also participating in the piece are the fisherman Daniel Lips, praising this initiative, and the cook Bati Bordes, preparing a llandeta.
It is not the first time that the program Somos # DietaMediterránea is focused on the cuisine of Dénia. Last July he dedicated a report to the star of our bay, the red shrimp of Dénia.
