The area of Occupational Health and Safety of the municipal department of Organization and Human Resources of the City of Dénia organized on Friday morning simulating the evacuation of consistorial main building. In the 9: 36 hours the alarm was given, simulating a fire in the light box that is located in the central courtyard of the building.
The staff has been evacuated and grouped in the Plaza de la Constituion and nine minutes later and after appropriate call to 112, that have turned the local police. Firefighters, meanwhile, have agreed to the square at 9: 54 morning.
After the drill a meeting with the participation of representatives of the city council, fire and police have taken place to assess the performance and propose possible measures for improvement.
