Participatory workshops organized by the Local Agenda 21 last came to La Xara and Jesus Pobre with neighbors to discuss the situation in which the two EATIMs remain after the adoption of the document the week.
Jesus Pobre the central issue was the core growth of the population south of the town with the aim of incorporating the municipal heritage of Jesus Pobre the site of riurau and dotacional ground for future cultural center, as well as the possibility of combining the industrial uses in a given area.
Regarding the latter issue, attendees said that the typology of industrial buildings not fit the idiosyncrasies of the population and that they must relocate next industrial parks that already exist.
At the meeting of La Xara attendees they were concerned with the provision of industrial land for small businesses, obtaining tertiary land and the introduction of dotacional soil into the urban fabric, and as proposals were launched strengthen the Camí of Cementeri and Camí Fund and provide for good reserve land for the newly created road network.
These first meetings are supplemented by a second round of workshops that will take place on February 10 in La Xara and February 11 in Jesus Pobre.
