Raquel Payà school became a film festival to celebrate their end of year

The arrival of summer is a reality, and in all schools was held these days in style. Students in special education center Raquel Payà did this year in a special way, because instead of festival performances every year, chose to convert the center into a multi-screen cinema in which several audiovisual projects were planned by students and teachers during these months.

At the entrance of the school the assistants could collect tickets at the box office to enjoy the show in the different rooms enabled, as well as popcorn distributed by the cafeteria workshop to take during the screening. For a little more than an hour, his works were projected, which thrilled a devoted audience that was left wanting more.

After viewing the audiovisuals, the party moved to the patio, where a large group of students had prepared a choreography with Indian touches to encourage the celebration. At the end, the center's director, Miquel Ivars, spoke to thank the support of the entities that collaborate with them each year, as well as the administration, which is increasingly involved with the work of the educational community.

This year complete their time at school several students who have completed the 21 years. For them it was a gift and recognition in the form of applause, hundreds of attendees. The finale was provided by Prono & The Supino, A group created in Avapace (Valencian Association Helps Cerebral Palsy) and formed by users who played major themes of rock and roll music history.

With this celebration, students, parents and teachers have ended a course more in the special education center Raquel Payà.
