The College of Architects of the Region is interested in a group of bioclimatic in Dénia

The College of Architects of Valencia taking place these days, from September to 29 3 October, the 2016 Architecture Week, themed tours in major cities in the Region, and a special visit to Dénia.

And these professionals have been interested in the group housing Bovetes SOL, riding a Marines, luxury apartments built in 2015 under two fundamental criteria: efficiency and energy saving. These are 15 low-energy apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms 150 meters from the beach. This block of flats is designed to achieve maximum comfort inside the building with minimum energy expenditure thanks to the design and optimal orientation of the floors.

Bovetes Sol is built with materials from the area with the collaboration of local companies, which has helped to promote employment among people in the region and avoid long trips.

The College of Architects of the Valencian Community will visit the Bovetes Sol apartments this Saturday afternoon to see first-hand and with the presence of those who have worked on the project, the specifications that make these apartments a benchmark for ecology and comfort in the capital of the Marina Alta.
