The CD Garbi Dénia together with the Municipal School of Handball, organizes next Saturday 22 of September, a day of recruitment of players.
This event in which players and players are sought will be held on the athletics track of the Dénia municipal sports center. The schedule is from 10 to 13 hours, those interested will have the opportunity to make contact with this sport, in a different field to the usual one, the grass field.
The day is aimed at the boys and girls born between the 2003 and the 2009, who will enjoy a fun morning, together with the technicians of the Municipal School of handball that will help them to know this fun and complete sport.
All those attending this event, besides playing handball, will have the opportunity to enjoy a lunch and drink that will help them regain strength.
Strengthen the club's quarry teams
This initiative comes from the Dianense club with the aim of increasing the handball practitioners in Dénia. You need to grow from a solid base, with teams of youngest, youngest and child age, which are the teams that have to supply the cadets and youth teams, senior team bases.
The recruitment work is not simple but this is a first step that should be accompanied by visits to schools to try to form teams that can compete in a local league, which is where all practitioners usually leave.
Those who attend this day will have the opportunity to share experiences with the players that already exist in the Municipal School of Handball and with the players of the first team of the CD Garbi Dénia. A first team that since several seasons ago is composed entirely of players from the Dianense quarry.
