After the numerous inconveniences caused to neighbors and pedestrians by the fall of rubble, and a long administrative process, the city of Dénia has taken charge of the demolition of a house in ruins located at the corner of Avenida de Valencia and Avenida de Gandía .
The owner ignored at all times the requests of the session to remove the fallen debris and the order to demolish the house, so the town council approved in early August the demolition of the property for a price of 16.240 euros, invoice that will later go through administrative way to the owner.
