The pressure made by the opposition groups of the City of Dénia (PP, Gent of Dénia-Centr Unificat y Ciudadanos) has had an effect. The municipal secretary has agreed to make the necessary technical reports to support the legality of said suspension.
This was communicated to those interested in the meeting of spokespersons held on Monday morning, pledging, personally, to have all the necessary reports to review the legal validity before the informative commissions and the convening of the regular plenary session in December, in the one that will be treated again the subject, just like the parties of the opposition that demanded from a first moment.
At the request of the opposition groups, the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, undertook to discuss this issue in a plenary before the end of the year, either as an extraordinary, or as an additional point of the regular full of December, which is the deadline.
