Agents of the National Police have arrested two people in the Alicante town of Dénia as alleged perpetrators of two robberies with force in single-family homes that occurred on different days of the same week.
The two arrested, who already had a police record for crimes of robbery with force, were arrested by the agents in two different interventions with an interval of five days.
the first arrest
The first of the assaults on the aforementioned homes took place taking advantage of the darkness of the night, when the Intelligent Center for Command, Communication and Control (CIMACC - ROOM 091) received a call from a citizen who warned that he was observing a person with a " goat's leg" forcing the door of his neighbor's house, providing the physical description and clothing of the individual.
Quickly, several indicatives of the Dénia Citizen Security Brigade appeared at the scene of the events and verified the damage caused, while the rest of the indicatives were deployed in the area in a coordinated device aimed at locating the alleged perpetrator, who ended up being satisfactorily located just 300 meters from the place, who, being surprised in his flight by the police, threw the tool used to force the door of the house on the ground, being immediately arrested by the agents.
the second arrest
Four days later, this time in the evening hours, a call was received again from a citizen who stated that she was observing a suspicious person inside her farm, who had entered through the door that was forced, due to a robbery. suffered the day before in which several belongings had been stolen and that he had already been reported to the police station.
The assailant hurriedly left the place when he was discovered by the owner of the house, and the agents commissioned by ROOM 091 arrived at the scene moments later.
When the agents were interviewing the owner of the home, a neighbor appeared at the scene of the event and told the agents that the day before, she had observed a person in her neighbor's garden in a vigilant attitude and that, suspecting this attitude, he had taken photos of both the assailant and the vehicle in which he left.
Once the images were shown to the agents, it was possible to verify that both the person and the vehicle coincided with the characteristics provided by the owner of the home that was assaulted on that second occasion, for which a search device was established, carrying out the several agents beaten around the houses, managing to locate him and arrest him for the events that occurred.
The detainees, 32 and 50 years old, and of Moroccan and Romanian nationality respectively, were placed at the disposal of the Dénia Guard Court of Instruction.
