Savor Spain has celebrated its first ten years and has celebrated it with a party in Madrid in which the 20 gastronomic destinations that make up the platform have met, among which is Dénia.
During the meeting, the guests -among those who were authorities, renowned chefs like Susi Díaz, Joaquín Felipe and Ramon Freixa, the main flat of Madrid Fusión (José Carlos Capel, Benjamín Lana and Lourdes Planas), as well as a large number of gastronomic and travel journalists- could enjoy the dishes offered and prepared by chefs from different parts of Spain.
The Dianense delegation has been integrated by the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, The president of Aehtma, Cristina SellésMara Bañó, owner of the Les Freses winery, and chef José Manuel López, of the Peixi Brases restaurant, who presented a creamy red shrimp top with a sip of rice at the tasting. Our destination has also promoted local products such as Arròs Dénia, traditional cocas, Dénia red shrimp and muscat wine, at the hands of Les Freses.
During the gala, these 10 years were taken stock and the intention was expressed to continue promoting the gastronomic tourism of Spain for many more years.
