The Department of Equality is working on the preparation of the IV Municipal Plan for Equal Opportunities between women and men of Dénia, a document that includes the measures whose purpose is to achieve equal treatment and opportunities between women and men and eliminate any situation discrimination based on sex in the municipality.
For its writing, a situation diagnosis must be previously prepared that includes an analysis of information. With the aim of collecting this data, Equality has launched a questionnaire, addressed to all the residents of Dénia, which can be downloaded at this link or by scanning the QR code printed on the posters that have been distributed throughout the city.
The questionnaire asks questions about the personal, work, social, academic, health, economic, leisure or in relation to situations of gender violence, harassment or inequalities, which will help the drafting team of the Equality Plan to prepare the diagnosis of situation. With the data obtained, it will be possible to design specific actions focused on the needs detected and expressed by citizens.
Therefore, everyone's participation is essential, responding honestly to the questions asked and with the guarantee that the information provided will be treated anonymously and confidentially.
The questionnaire will be available until December 19, 2022.
