Dilluns amb Jazz: the Monday event is back to enjoy the music

27 September 2023 - 12: 29

After the success of the first edition, the conference returns Dilluns with Jazz to Dénia. In this second edition it is expected to have the same response from its amateur audience, Jazz lovers.

The previous edition already had an excellent reception in all the concerts. This proposal was well received both for the quality of the groups that make up the program and for the particularity of taking place on a Monday, a day that, although traditionally it does not have an extensive cultural agenda, the cycle has shown that there is an audience that appreciates the uniqueness of the proposal and is more than willing to support it.

This edition of Dilluns with Jazz, which will last from October 2023 to May 2024 with a monthly concert, begins strongly on Monday, October 2 with the performance of a powerful octet of international musicians led by saxophonist Enric Peidro.

November will continue with the concert of the legendary North American trombonist Dan barrett, which will be followed in December by the virtuoso and explosive pianist Lluis Coloma with his mix of Boogie Woogie, Blues and Jazz that has made him a recognized musician on all five continents.

Tickets, priced at €15 for each concert, are available online at www.notikumi.com and also at the box office on the day of each concert, which opens at 19 p.m. All concerts will be held at 20 p.m.

Undoubtedly, Dilluns with Jazz It is a more than successful proposal to help us start the week with a first-rate cultural and musical proposal.

Concert October 2

On October 2nd it is presented in Dillons with jazz which is undoubtedly the most popular formation of the saxophonist Enric Peidro, with which since 2016 it has maintained frenetic activity. He Peidro's Swingtet, usually a stable sextet that sometimes, as in this case, expands to an octet, has headlined festivals and events in France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany or the United Kingdom among many other countries.

It is made up of top international musicians such as the German drummer Oliver Mewes, the alto and baritone saxophonist Simon Taylor, the French trumpeter Jerome Etcheberry, the French trombonist Samuel Marthé and the Catalan double bassist Queralt Camps. A concert with a reference lineup in the European classical jazz scene.
