Local agents of the Judicial Police have arrested Denia this week a man of German nationality 49 years accused of killing his daughter for a holiday in Lloret de Mar (Girona) in 2001.
The detainee was staying at a hotel in Denia, where he was located and arrested by agents. The detainee into force consisted European Arrest Warrant and delivery by the German authorities.
The facts date back to 2001 when man during a holiday with her daughter 6 he decided, suddenly, take his life.
