During this Sunday, the Dénia Local Police, again, had to intervene in a local in the city where the restrictions of the state of alarm decree were being broken.
In the urban case, yesterday, police officers surprised 3 people consuming drinks in the interior bar of a bar. One of them, in addition, was the owner of the establishment. The 3 were sanctioned for violating the alarm status decree since during Phase 1 only consumption is allowed sitting outside.
Today begins Phase 2 and it can already be consumed indoors, respecting the 40% capacity. However, it is still forbidden to use the bar of these premises, so it must be the table service.
