February 9 marks five years since the Dénia Municipal Public Library opened its doors in the facilities of the house located on Sant Josep Street, number 6, after more than forty years located in the House of Culture.
To celebrate, various recreational activities have been organized, guided tours of the building, an old stately home from the late 19th century, including some rooms that are for internal use and generally remain closed to the public, and the possibility of accessing the terrace and enjoy privileged views of the surroundings.
On Friday, February 9, at 19:30 p.m., Pepa Cases, La Pepa, accompanied by Hèctor Tirado, will perform at the Library with Concertoleg, a music and humor show.
And on Saturday, February 10, the Library holds an open day. Starting at 10:00 in the morning, a photocall will be set up on the terrace of the viewing tower, guided tours of the building will begin and there will be face painting and balloon twisting for the little ones. At 12:00 noon the story-telling for family audiences is scheduled The sleep swallower, directed by Hannah Alba.
