With a fund that ascends to 2.875 euros, Red Cross Dénia joins the national campaign «Cobertura de necesidades básicas mediante prestaciones económicas» Through which it can help Dianian families who request it, covering basic expenses such as food, hygiene, clothing or receipts of light and water.
In collaboration with the social services of the Municipality of Dénia, the Local Red Cross Assembly has conducted interviews with different families in order to detect the greatest need and prioritize among the needs, studying each case in a commission created for this purpose. A total of 429,87 € has now been granted and ten other families are pending assessment.
Neighbors who wish to apply for this assistance can go to the Local Red Cross Assembly of Denia or to the social services of the City Council before the next 30 in September.
