Dénia CREAMA local Agency has launched the PIE program, the Comprehensive Employment Plans offering companies suitable candidates to vacancies and needs.
The Comprehensive Employment Plans work from three areas: technical advises people attached to programs, the user searches work by the guidelines provided by the technical and personal skills and finally the prospector job identifies job offers in the market, published or not, to inform companies about the PIE and its benefits, as well as to mediate nominations to company.
With these plans, employers have added an important when looking for the right people for the job thanks to the screening done.
