The current Councilor for Citizens in Dénia, Sergio Benito, She has won a judgment to the City of Dénia for having fired as secretary of the group in 2012 incompatibility with another job that is currently exercised in Jesus Pobre.
The statement condemns the City of Dénia payment of all wages, social security costs, plus interest three years of the last legislature that prevented him from exercising totaling approximately 80.000 euros.
The facts date back to 2012 when Mari Martínez Appoints Benito as secretary of the municipal group Ciudadanos en Dénia.
