The most expert hands have been launched to create and develop this new mattress model, a true work of art in itself. This is the new Royal Arte mattress, made entirely by hand with the same techniques used for years.
In the process of creating this Royal Art mattress, each layer of natural fibers of its quilts has been included one by one and complemented its comfort with the best quality of the springs bagged in 100% cotton fabric.
The union of these natural fibers is done with the Capitoné system, characteristic in this type of models, crossing with a needle from part to part the core of springs joining both parts with a tape and closing it on the outside with cotton buttons. With this we will avoid the displacement of the fibers and provide the aesthetic and comfort characteristic of the capitoné. The double edging that surrounds the mattress allows to give the touch of distinction, together with the 100% viscose fabric destined for higher-end mattresses.
