The Councilors of Citizens in the City Council of Dénia have shown their discomfort by the ways in which the City Council has carried out the transactional agreements with the company awarded the Ronda Norte de Dénia.
From the orange formation they denounce that this agreement "does not include a single technical document that justifies it" and have shown disagreement over the fact that the government team "I have ordered the payment of 2 million euros without a single report to support it".
Therefore they will seek the support of all opposition parties to force the drafting of a legal and economic reports justifying the legitimacy and economic availability of City Hall to deal with the settlement agreement signed by the Governing Board for resolution the dispute with the UTE Ronda Norte.
For the councilman Sergio Benito, "It is essential to eliminate any shadow of political arbitrariness in city council decisions and that is only achieved with technical reports that clearly illuminate the way for managers, who are politicians".
