CFS Mar Dénia: Points distribution between the two unbeaten teams of the category

17 December 2018 - 09: 50

Full one more week in the Municipal Sports Center of Dénia to enjoy the expected duel between the first two classified, the CFS Mar Dénia and CFS Irefrank Elche. And the game did not disappoint because from the opening whistle it was two sets very concentrated and overturned in search of victory. With a high rhythm, the chances were continuous in both goals and although the team from Elche had better chances, it was the dianenses who in the minute 9, through Toni Tent, opened the score with a 1-0 after a quick counter attack.

With the fans overturned with their team, the Mar Dénia began to take over possession of the ball, and in the 13 minute the 2-0 came from Rober after a good collective play. They were the best minutes for the locals, who had some more chances to increase the score but without fortune in the face of the goal, with what came to rest with the result of 2-0 and with the sad note of the injury of Curro , who in one of the attacks noticed a puncture in his left leg and said goodbye to the game.

In the second part, the team from Elche raised its line of pressure to prevent the ball from being controlled by the dianenses and little by little it was shutting them up in their field, thus obtaining more chances. In the 26 minute, after a lack of Rober in the area, the referee pointed to a penalty while showing the second yellow card to the player, so he had to leave the track. Irefrank Elche converted the penalty by placing the 2-1 on the scoreboard.

There was much left and the forces were very equal. The occasions in both goals continued happening, although the local set delayed its line of pressure to average track. In the 35 minute the 2-2 arrived after a strong outside shot. Subtract 5 minutes and equality was maximum. In the last minute the technician Óscar García put in track goalkeeper player, but the marker would not move anymore.

With this draw, and after the results of the day, the CFS Mar Dénia continues to lead the standings, with the advantage of one point over Ye Faky from Cocentaina and two points with Irefrank Elche.

Next week the dianenses will travel to the town of Pilar de la Horadada, in what will be the last game of the year, where they will face the local team at 17: 45 hours.
