Beautiful 2 storey villa with fantastic sea views. 1km from the town of Pedreguer about 15kms from the beaches of Dénia and of Jávea. It is accessed down some stairs to the property where there is a living / dining room with access to the terrace on the top floor. Here's another dining table to enjoy fresh air and great views of the valley and the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
At this level is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite. There is also another bedroom with a single bed and a shower. Down to the lower level there is another large bedroom with super big bed, comfortable sofas and a TV, and en suite shower room. Here it is an extra bed or cot (on request) perfectly. From here you descend a staircase to the terrace and pool. This terrace has 5 chairs, umbrella and gas barbecue. Furthermore on this level is the laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. The house has Spanish, English and some French television. Pets with permission.
