Last Thursday, December 6, La Xara hosted the first test that was held in the Marina Alta of the "Challenge Comunitat Valenciana CICLO-CROSS" organized by the Club Bankal-Bike La Xara and with the collaboration of the Valencian Cycling Federation and the Town Hall of La Xara.
It is worth noting the work of the organizers, who took care of every detail before, between tests and even during each of them so that in all the steps of runners and runners the circuit was in optimal condition.
On the circuit, an amazing variety of obstacles for a first edition that did not leave anyone indifferent: surmountable trunks, three areas of stairs, hard ascent, descent at frantic speed, gymkana among pines ...
The Multiesport-UCMontgó team did not want to miss this test, highlighting the long-awaited victory of Jordi Seguí, who finally climbed to the top of the podium after staying several times at the gates. In addition, we had to regret the damage suffered by Jaume Canet. The other components of the team achieved the following results:

- Javier Almela: 9º Elite
