With the main objective put in the Championship of Spain of Rowing of Yolas to 4 that will be celebrated the last weekend of October in Asturias. BOGA rowers are fulfilling an intense training and competition program with the aim of optimizing the sensations of competition as they progress in their training.
They have already covered two competitive stages participating in the Yolas Autonomous Championship at 4 held in Gandía, where they occupied the third podium position and in the Autonomous Rowing League held in Calpe, where they occupied the sixth position. These are the first two steps in official regattas and they begin to handle the sensations that only the competition itself gives.
The next stage goes through an exit to Zaragoza to participate in the City of Zaragoza Trophy in Yolas to 4, which will be held next Sunday in Ebro waters, a few meters from the Plaza del Pilar. It is a very special regatta, which brings pleasant memories to several of the rowers, for being played in waters that usually have a powerful current. This fact becomes a real challenge for helmsmen and rowers, giving added difficulty to the turns.
There will be two more stages, the Autonomous Rowing Championship to celebrate the October 5 and 6 in the waters of Campello and the Spanish Championship in the same way to celebrate the October 13 in Alicante. Then, two weeks of final preparation for the Yolas Spanish Championship to be held on October 26 and 27 in Trasona (Asturias).
