The Aqualia company has warned about the detection of fraudulent calls on behalf of the water supply management company in Dénia.
Aqualia informs that calls have been detected to residents of Dénia in which a company, on behalf of the water company, requests the arrangement of a home visit to check the meter and that this service has a cost of €3 .
The company has clarified that the Municipal Water Service "in no case makes this type of calls or reviews and that any use of its name for this activity constitutes a criminal offense."
In addition, they have recalled that they renew free of charge meters that are in poor condition and without the need to access the interior of homes.
