Marina apartment is a sunny second floor about 200m from the sandy beach in the Las Marinas area in Denia. It is located in a private complex of only 20 homes. The complex is equipped with a large swimming pool (with children's area) and very nice gardens where children can relax while playing in the pool is pure pleasure!
The apartment has 2 covered terrace. The large one overlooks the pool and gardens and has a table and chairs to eat outside and a sofa to relax. The other terrace at the back of the apartment has the washing machine and holding and 2 comfortable chairs. The 2 terraces have awnings in case they get tired of so much sun!
The Marinas apartment is well equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, TV, DVD, radio, hairdryer. There are ceiling fans and mobile a / c machine.

Apartment Marina is a sunny 2 bedroom first floor apartment just 200m from the long sandy beach in the bustling Las Marinas area of Denia. It is located in a private complex of only 20 apartments. The complex has a large pool with kiddie area, and lovely mature landscaped gardens which are a pleasure to sit in (fold-up loungers are provided) while you keep an eye on the children playing in the pool.
The apartment has 2 terraces. The larger one off the lounge overlooks the pool and gardens and has table and chairs for outdoor eating and a relaxing sofa for soaking up the sun. The terrace at the rear has the washing machine and clothes drying area plus 2 outdoor armchairs. Both terraces have colorful awnings to pull across when it is too sunny.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, 2 types of coffee maker, satellite TV with many channels (but please bring your own Sky card for your favorite pay channels), DVD player, radio, ceiling fans in bedrooms and a free-standing air conditioning unit which is mobile. A hair dryer is supplied.
There are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), a full bathroom, spacious lounge with recently modernized american style kitchen and a separate dining room.
Local amenities include a full supermarket with fresh fish and meat sections, numerous restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets, a newsagents and of course, the glorious safe sandy beach which is just 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.
There is a bus stop for Denia close by and it takes you right to the town center about 4kms away. Denia is a bustling cosmopolitan town with a wonderful new Marina and many top class shops and restaurants.
