Ondara Athletics Club and the Department of Sports of the municipality of Ondara organized for Sunday, February 16, the march and race for mountain "XI Gegant de Pedra", which will run through the Sierra de Segaria. The popular march can be done walking or corriedno through a natural place of great beauty such as the Sierra de Segaria. Runners can choose between running 14.500 meters or 21.000 meters; while walkers will have a march of 14.500 meters.
It means that this edition of the "Gegant de Pedra" is included, for the second consecutive year, in the II Circuit Trail La Marina, which is made up of 13 races in 13 municipalities, most of the Marina Alta, as they are; Xaló, Pego, Gata, Calp, Callosa, Llíber, Pedreguer, Ondara, Senija, Benissa, Benialí, Orba and Confrides.

The departure will be on Sunday 16th at 8.30 am for runners who do the 21 km. For those who do the short test of 14.500 meters will be at 9.05. Both the exit and the finish line are located in the Municipal Park of Segaria. Participants will tour the entire Segaria mountain range, passing through the municipal terms of Ondara, Beniarbeig, Benimeli, Ràfol d'Almunia and El Verger.
