This first day of festivities comes with an important novelty. At 12: 00 in the morning, on the stage that has been mounted on Glorieta del País Valencià, a chupinazo will be fired announcing the start of the festivals in honor of the Santíssima Sang.
And to make it, from the festival commission was held a draw among the fifth of this year, being finally selected Abel Rodriguez and Bethlehem Slezak to shoot this first rocket. The chupinazo will continue with music and atmosphere in Els Quatre Cantons, where until the 14: 00 approximately hours, the announcer Sergio Dénia will make the music more festive and refreshing of the moment.
The music will be resumed at 17: 00 hours in the same place to set the first entry of bulls. It will be at 19: 00 hours, and will be, also, the most multitudinous of the week of holidays.
It is worth remembering that tonight, at 22: 00 hours, the Intergenerational Song Festival (FIC) which was scheduled for Friday and due to weather reasons had to be suspended. At 23: 00 hours will take place the Theatrical Improvisation Show Impro version 2, Of Instant Theater, with Miguel Moraga and Jesús Manzano in the Plaza del Consell. The day will end at midnight, with the performance of the orchestra Titanic in the Glorieta.
