The Dénia tourist train that connects Les Rotes beach with the free parking is back on track. The service, which started in the summer of 2021, repeats again to bring public car park users closer to the sea at no cost.
Below you have an index with all the points that we are going to deal with in this article.
It will begin its activity in the summer of 2022 on Saturday, June 18, and the service will be operational until September 18.
The hours are, from Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. The trenet will pick up people at hourly intervals of 30 minutes.
As we said above, it is a free service offered by the Dénia City Council since 2021 that complements the public parking. The objective of this is to avoid the overcrowding of vehicles in the final section of Les Rotes.
The Denia tourist train departs from the Les Rotes public car park, located near Punta Negra beach, on the Barranc del Monyo road. The route has only two stops, the parking lot and Les Arenetes beach, where the circulation of vehicles is limited during the summer season.
