'Massa pa la carabassa', the tapa that has won the XX Ruta de Tapas de Dénia

During the morning of Thursday, the awards ceremony of the XX Tapas Route of Dénia took place in the Dénia town hall. Some little distributed prizes, among which two participants have stood out especially: Tempura Bar and Pantalán 02.

A tempura zucchini with boletus and goat cheese, pistachio sauce and pumpkin cream, especially recommended to pair with Valencian wines. This is the winning cover of this edition of the Ruta de Dénia. Under the name of Massa pa la carabassa, Tempura Bar presented this tapa with which today it has won first prize. In addition to this, the Tourism Award has been won.

In second place was Pantalán 02 with its grilled sardine coca Maripaz style. In addition, he has won the AEHTMA award. Lastly, La Cambra del Senyoret has received the GuíaME Special Prize of €300.
