The center associated with the UNED in Dénia organizes the course on positive psychology 'Learn to be happy'
On Thursday 9 of May the UNED Conference will take place Positive Psychology: Learn to be Happy taught by Jesús Esteras Peña, Doctor in Psychology, General Health Psychologist and Tutor Professor of the Center Associated to the UNED of Dénia.
In the day will be deepened in the question How to achieve happiness? embarking on the path of happiness at the hand of science and Positive Psychology.
The workshop has an eminently practical and experiential approach, during the development of the day:
- It will be discovered that happiness is not an objective but a consequence.
- You will learn the importance of enjoying the here and now, of facing challenges with a realistic and resilient attitude.
- Self-knowledge and emotional intelligence will be enhanced.
- The foundations and the foundation of happiness will be analyzed.
- Strategies of positive psychology will be worked on.
Registration is free. The assistance is online or in person. Students who want to obtain an official certificate of attendance and use, as well as ETCS credits, must formalize the global registration and pay 25,00 euros. Pre-registration to the course is necessary on the website uneddenia.es. The course is for all audiences.
