A private individual tries to install a gate on a road in Les Rotes, leaving the entire neighborhood without access
Neighbors from the end of Les Rotes raise the cry for a controversial and surreal work. In a street where different houses are accessed, a private individual has decided to place a sliding door so that they do not enter "his property". Except that what he considers "his property" is a path through which the entire neighborhood needs to circulate.
This supposed appropriation was immediately paralyzed, since the City Council reacted as soon as it found out to stop the placement of said door. However, as can be seen in the photo, it was hardly left to finish the installation, since the promoter of this work considers that this road belongs to his property as his lawyer has suggested.
Now, the owners of the affected houses can breathe easy as they can continue to access their houses as they have done all their lives and, on the contrary, they do not have to manage to go around that door that does not belong to them but that would leave them out of their homes. At least for now, since everything points to a long legal battle to determine ownership is yet to come.
