January 15 from 2018 - 09: 39

Dianense Óscar Mengual formalized his candidacy last Friday to preside over the General Secretariat of the PSPV in the Marina Alta.

Mengual continues to gather support, through continuous meetings with militants from all over the region, in the face of the already close collection of endorsements of the process, to which he personally transfers the reasons that motivate him to appear for the position.

The Dianense candidate has maintained a continuous contact with all the groups in the region, which in his opinion is "The best guarantee, the cover letter based on selfless work to help overcome the problems and challenges of day-to-day life in the municipalities and groups of the Marina Alta".

In the face of the possible presidency of the PSPV-PSOE in the Marina Alta, Mengual expects "Recover and reactivate the Regional Executive Commission and make it available to local groups, mayors, councilors and militants. And do so by working in good harmony with our representatives in the institutions and all our local, provincial and national leaders".

Pegolino Enrique Moll also aspires to the General Secretariat

The same day that Mengual made his candidacy official, announced weeks ago, the mayor of Pego, Enrique Moll, presented at the Casa del Poble in Dénia his intention to chair the General Secretariat of the PSPV-PSOE in the Marina Alta.

During the appearance, the pegolino was accompanied by the councilor and spokesman for Els Poblets, Baltasar Vives; the councilor for Works and Services of Xàbia, Kika Mata; the mayor of Castell de Castells, Eliseo Mezquida; Vicent Cabrera, from Benissa; and Encarna Cabrera, from Calp.

Moll highlighted among its objectives the ousting of the Popular Party government of the Diputación de Alicante.
