Canviem Entre Tots Opinion: «Post-Election Reflections»

We can only start this communication in one way: Giving our deepest gratitude to the 1593 people who have trusted us in the polls (8,97% of voters), those who have not yet been able to vote for different bureaucratic or personal reasons have accompanied us in this process, to our militants who have put all their work and effort into this project, to our families for their patience and sacrifice and, in general, to all the neighbors who have generated this change of town council, because they have allowed us to obtain two councilors (Antonio Losada Andreu and Alejandro Rodenkirchen) with minimum campaign expenses valued at 1500,00 €, whose capital was obtained directly from the contributions of the citizens of Dénia.

Satisfied by our contribution to the renewal in the configuration of the new city council, we recognize the triumph of the PSOE (7) and we congratulate ourselves for the important result of COMPROMIS (4), to both parties we give our sincere congratulations because we consider them an option of progress for our city and thanks to this triumph the PP has lost its hegemony.

We hope the new government representing most dianenses exercise a policy of administrative transparency, conducting an audit to check the status of accounts of the consistory, and citizen participation rush with due urgency of social problems plaguing our city, especially those that deal with child poverty and energy poverty, to take appropriate measures to ensure that in Dénia never again be any eviction more and commit to implement policies actually protect the victims of gender violence.

On these issues and others, collected in our program, we will always find.
