Businessmen raise almost a thousand euros for Amunt Contra el Càncer
The Multisectorial Association of Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta, Multisecma, managed to raise yesterday (Monday, December 16) a total of 920 euros in the IV Tasting "for a good cause", which were in full to the Amunt Against Cancer Association, thanks to that the Les Freses winery donated the wines that were tasted during the event, and the Amazing restaurant in Dénia gave its premises free of charge so that this event could be held.
The Multisecma Board of Directors delivered the funds raised through the sale of tickets and row 0 to Amunt's representatives after the tasting was completed, attended by a total of 78 people.
Daniel Fernández, secretary of Multisecma, acted as master of ceremonies, and opened the evening with the projection of a video about Amunt, edited for free by the company "Alquimista de Ideas", of which he is a partner. Then, the president of Amunt addressed those present to make a brief summary of the activities of the association and thanked Multisecma for its involvement with it.
After that, an audiovisual was projected on El Celler Les Freses, whose owner, Mara Bañó, digested the tasting of the three wines chosen and based on the Muscat grape. The evening was enjoyable, and at the end, the funds raised were handed over to the Amunt Association.
