The beaches are beginning to prepare for the summer season and some are already showing their more summery side
The summer high season is already around the corner and with the fall of the alarm state it is expected that the first visitors will begin to arrive in search of sun and views of the Mediterranean. Therefore, for a few days the first works have begun to condition the biggest attraction of the summer: the beaches.
The good weather has arrived and for this reason we are getting closer and closer to the sea. The same is early for a bath, but not to enjoy the sun on a towel or to have a drink at the beach bars that have already opened in Dénia. However, there have only been a couple, that of Marineta Casiana and that of Les Bovetes, as the others have to wait for the nesting season of the plover to pass. These protected birds build their nests in the dunes, which forces to delay the start of the activity of the Punta del Raset beach bars, which are two, and those of Les Albaranes and Els Molins. They will not be able to open until July 1.
However, those that are open already show a very summery image. Especially in de la Marineta, where it is difficult to get a free table despite the fact that they have just opened.
However, customers must live with the cleaning work that is carried out these days to recover the best image for the summer. The trucks and shovels are already beginning to collect the posidonia wall that has protected the coastline during the winter and will thus leave the sand so that it can be used again by the towels of neighbors and visitors.
