The Generalitat announces an «acceleration» in the work to bring the train to Dénia during 2022

The president of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, has just announced that they will accelerate the modernization of Line 9 of the Alicante Tram, which connects Benidorm with Dénia.

Before the end of 2022, according to reports, the entire tram route will be operational again. In this way, Dénia will once again be connected with the rest of the province after long years of railway isolation.

On a provisional basis and until the works are finished, there will be a transfer in Teulada.
