Jordi Seguí was the winner in cadets of the 'Villanueva de Castellón Cyclocross'

The Multiesport-UCMontgó cycling team had a new success in the Cyclocross of Villanueva de Castellón, where the cadet Jordi Seguí was the winner in his category.

While Alejandro Seguí repeated the fifth place achieved days before at La Xara, Jordi Seguí played the victory in a tight finish in which he showed more strength to win an exciting sprint to Miguel Solera, from the Gandía-Merida team Swe CC.

For his part, Alejandro had to make a big comeback since he did not have a good start. This comeback allowed him to reach the fifth place, which keeps him in the top of the classification.

In the Elite category, Javier Almela entered the 13º position and in the M40, Jaume Canet finished in the 26ª position.

This week the slope of the Castle of Xàtiva awaits one of the hardest tests of the Cyclocross Challenge of the Comunitat Valenciana.
