Humor and some tears in the delivery of the José Marsal Caballero Awards

Radio Dénia Cadena SER delivered last weekend, the XXXIX José Marsal Caballero Awards, an award that recognizes those people or associations that have stood out for their commitment to Dénia and the region, as well as for making known the name of The city out of it.

The gala was full of humor thanks to the presentation of the humorist Ángel Rielo and Celia Marín, with several emotional moments, which was witnessed by the large audience that filled the Auditorium of the Social Center.

The first prize of the night, corresponding to the category of Society, went to the Fundació Dénia, which was collected by its president Antonio Sentí accompanied by the other 3 who have held the position.

After this, José Domingo Argudo was delivered in the Social Values ​​category for his care and commitment to animals, as well as his contribution to the Feast of Moors and Christians in Dénia.

The award for Tourism Promotion fell to Federico Cervera for the hospitality empire he created in the city, highlighting his latest project: Els Magazinos.

After the emotional in memoriam, in which Paco Serradell, Pepe El Pegolí, Vicent Balaguer, Jordi Serra and Rosa Devesa were honored, the Culture Prize was given to Paco Carrió, the Sports Prize to the Rhythmic Gymnastics Club of Dénia, and that of Fiestas a Noemí Amorós.

Also the Autocine Drive In, which turns 40, received the Pepe Miralles Special Regional Award.
