The Socialist Party has won the general elections in Dénia this April 28. With 100% of the votes counted, Pedro Sánchez's party has added 6.236 votes, which represents a percentage of 31,63% and a rise of more than 10 points compared to the general elections of 2016.
In second position has been Citizens, who has added 3.617 votes, an 18,35%. The orange formation increases slightly with respect to 2016, when it got Dénia 3.018 votes. After them, Podemos-EUPV is positioned with 3.104 votes, a percentage of 15,75%.
The hit is for the Popular Party, which after reaping the victory in 2016, with 5.626 votes and an 30'26% loses more than 2.500 votes and remains as the fourth force in Dénia with 2.947 votes.
It should be noted the strength of Vox, which adds 9% of the votes, 42 in total, above Compromís, which gets 1.857 votes in these elections.
Pacma gets 277 votes, Avant-Los Verdes adds 64 votes; ERPV receives 40 votes; the PCPE 33 props; Clipping Zero, 30 votes; and the Libertarian Party closes the list with 19 votes.
The electoral day has surpassed in three points the participation in the general elections of 2016. In 2019, the participation in the elections has been placed in the 73'26%, with 19.869 registered votes. 156 null votes and 131 blank votes have been registered.
