Creama's Passaport Marina Alta Project begins the third annuity

29 2021 April - 10: 38

Last week a new Passaport Marina Alta annuity started, which is included within CREAMA's experimental projects. The objective of this project is to value the tourist resources distributed throughout the region and give them joint visibility by promoting cohesion and territorial union at the tourist level.

The experimental projects are framed within the PACTE'MA, the regional agreement on employment and local development of the Marina Alta currently integrated by 26 municipalities and 13 public and private entities and where CREAMA acts as its technical secretariat. With the completion of the Territorial Diagnosis of the Marina Alta (2017) promoted by the Regional Agreement, the priority strategic axes were established. Since 2018, the experimental programs have been running with the financing of Labora - Public Employment and Training Service of the Generalitat Valenciana.

In the first two phases of Passaport Marina Alta, presentations and meetings have been carried out with key agents of the territory in terms of tourism, as a result of which a working committee has been created. It is a consultative body that meets every two months and guides the way forward in the decisions that are made. One of them is the digital tool in which we work, a web page that will make visible and combine local resources to offer them to the visitor in a practical and attractive way.

In this third phase it is planned that the website will be presented and that the development of thematic routes designed to get to know the region from the coast to the interior will continue, structuring the territory and showing the agricultural, cultural, landscape and heritage wealth of the Marina Alta.
