The new tournament to four teams 'Fundació Pilota Championship' is presented in Dénia
The room Jauja, Baleària Port, hosted the presentation of the "Fundació Pilota Championship", an event that will be the next big appointment of the professional pilot. The tournament of new creation has assumed the philosophy of the mixed tournaments, Savipecho, MasyMas and Fundació José Luis López to bring together in the same session the main figures of "raspall" and "escala i corda" as well as their two hobbies. That is why the three trophies come together to create a new one of much more entity.
The details of this new competition were given in an act where most of the players were present, as well as the Vice President of the Pilota Foundation, José Luis Catalunya; Juan Fornés, from the company MasyMas, and Adolfo Utor, from the Baleària shipping company.
In each modality, 4 will participate teams that will play a league composed of six days, three one-way and three-way. This assumes a total of 24 games in this round. At the end of this phase, the two best sets of each discipline will access their respective endings.
The scoring system will be identical to the one used in the previous leagues, with two points for the winners, while the defeated team will have the opportunity to add one. In the case of the "raspall" modality, if it reaches the 20 game, and in the "scale i corda" discipline, if it reaches 30.
Another novelty is that the games will start with the two teams matched to 0. This is a measure designed for new viewers who will find it easier to understand that a game starts with the score at zero. The games of "raspall" will be played to six games (30 so many) and those of "scale i corda" to 8 games (40 so many).
Each team will represent one of the entities that previously gave their name to a mixed trophy; Savipecho, MasyMas and Fundació José Luis López, to whom the Baleària team joins.

- Savipecho: Genovés II, Félix and Monrabal II.
- More and more: Puchol II, Pere and Jesus.
- Fundació José Luis López: De la Vega, Santi and Raúl
- Baleària: Pere Roc II, Javi and Carlos.
In the modality of raspall
- Savipecho: Ian, Brisca and Josep.
- More and more: Marrahí, Sanchis and Canari.
- Fundació José Luis López: Sergio, Tonet IV and Lorja
- Baleària: Moltó, Seve and Ricardet.
The inaugural session will take place at the 26 in April trinquet of Genovés and the two finals will be disputed the 26 of May in Sueca. Between these two dates the competition will also visit the ratchets of the Llosa de Ranes, Oliva, Guadassuar, Pelayo, Castelló de la Plana, Castelló de Rugat, Dénia, Vilamarxant, Bellreguard, Pedreguer and Xeraco.
