Dénia celebrates the International Day of Historical Monuments with guided tours

Dénia celebrates first International Day of Monuments and Historical sites, on Tuesday, April 18 day. This year 2017 has been declared by the United Nations as the International Year for Sustainable Tourism Development, So that the celebration of this event will go on the line of Cultural Heritage and Sustainable Tourism.

To commemorate this day, Dénia opens the doors of the monumental complex of the Castle and invites you to discover outstanding assets from its surroundings, such as the Round of the Walls and L'Hort de Morand & Dianivm, with
a full program of activities. Furthermore, 10 am to 19: 00 hours can be visited for free Castle.

Guided tours

In the 11 morning two guided tours will be held. One to Castle and L'Hort de Morand. The municipal archaeologist, Josep Gisbert, will be in charge of offering explanations to the visitors, who are cited in the visitor center of the Castle.
