Citizens denounce the "inability" of the City Council to manage the problem of tourist rentals

The group Ciudadanos en Dénia accuse the PSPV of the chaos surrounding the regulation of tourist apartments. The new Law of Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality approved by the Consell, has introduced some administrative obligations for owners who want to legalize their apartments that neither the Conselleria first, nor the Town Halls in which they delegated later, have been able to specify.
