CFS Mar Dénia closes the year with a new triumph
Last Saturday, December 18, CFS Mar Dénia played its last game before Christmas in Sax, Alicante. Luck was on the side of the Dianenses in their confrontation against CFS San Blas Sax, for which they managed to win with a 4-6 on the rival court.
The game began with rhythm and both teams did not take long to create the first scoring chances. The Dianense team opened the scoring in minute 6 through Rober. Two minutes later the rival answered with a 1-1 on the scoreboard.
In the 11th minute, David Ochoa made it 1-2 and, two minutes later, it was Isaac Pastor who scored the 1-3 on the scoreboard. Result with which they reached the break of the game.
In the second half, the local team advanced its lines in search of the comeback and little by little it was locking Mar Dénia in its field. In the 28th minute it was 2-3 and two minutes later it was 3-3 that equalized the game.
The local fans believed in the comeback, although luckily the Dianense team reacted and two minutes later Nico Marí scored 3-4. There were 8 minutes left and nothing had been decided, although David Jaén's players returned to regain control of the ball.
In the 37th minute, Nico again, scored 3-5. Quickly the local coach put the goalkeeper player on the track, but a minute later it was Angel Larrosa, in charge of defending the goal of Mar Dénia, who, after stopping a shot, shot long and scored 3-6. Goal that sentenced the game, although the rival was able to score one more to end with a 4-6.
After Christmas, CFS Mar Dénia will compete again next Saturday, January 08, 2022 against Sporting La Nucia FS, in the match corresponding to Day 15.
